Training:
• House: Fully house-trained with no accidents. He does not chew and is very respectful inside the home.
• Kennel: Unsure. Doesn’t need one so hasn’t been tested with one.
• Leash: Walks okay on a leash. Still working on things as he gets excited and pulls sometimes. He is treat-motivated, sits on command and has shown great recall. He does, however, have a love for rolling in stinky things, so his off-leash adventures may require some supervision!

Good With:
• Dogs: Just had his first playdate with another dog and played wonderfully!
• Cats: Not fully tested. He showed interest in a barn cat but did not bark, lunge or make a fuss
• Kids: Loves them!

Personality:
Radar is affectionate, playful and eager to please. He absolutely loves attention and can become very excited, sometimes jumping or pawing at you during greetings.

He loves being brushed, was very cooperative for his nail trim and enjoys playing fetch with squeaky toys. He will catch his toy, bring it back and wait for you to toss it again.

Outside, Radar respects fencing, has not attempted to escape and has not shown any digging behaviour.

Radar would benefit from a family willing to continue working on calm greetings and helping him learn to keep all four paws on the ground when he gets excited. He is a wonderful dog who is ready to be loved, spoiled and included as part of a family for the rest of his life. 🩵
